Mind Lab - Optical Illusions
Optical illusions are familiar to most of us, we can find great illusion over the internet, there are website that shows figures of optical illusions, is very interesting how we can see through point or shapes figures; our brain is fantastic, it can read those shapes and convert them in figures or drawings. Recently I found a website called Mind Lab which explain through lessons how our brains works, how images perceived in a manner that differs from objective reality. Some optical illusions can really challenge your brain! So, this website is divided in four section:
- Illusion of an Uninterrupted World, in this section you will discover how to test your eyes and what they perceive.
- Constructing a 3-D World from 2-D images, in this section you will find how your brain interprets the world and how visual illusions works through these elements.
- Visual Interpretation of the Physical World, this section is about how color works and how things can be different in shapes and sizes.
- Perception Beyond Sensory Input, in this section you explore illusions shapes and moving figures.
