Resize Pictures - Free tool
For sure Windows XP users remember the Image Resizer Powertoy, well, was a tiny tool which allowed resizing images easily. So, this useful tool doesn’t work any 64bit environments either Vista or Windows7. But to get around this little problem, a clone application called Image Resizer Powertoy Clone for Windows, has been created to extend the support to non-XP and 64-bit versions of Windows, including Windows Vista and Windows 7, it allows the same function (to resize one or more images at a time). This tool adds Image Resizer in the Windows right-click context menu making it easier to resize an image with a click of a button. This tool is free as Powertoy of Windows XP. Check this out!
