Stellarium 0.9.1, a free open source planetarium for your PC
One of my favorite hobbies (after blogging, of course) it’s the astronomy science, I like to observe the sky with my binoculars, I don’t have telescope, so the vision is very limited, but there is an excellent a free open source program called Stellarium, which is awesome! This program it’s absolutely amazing, if you love astronomy, so this free program is for you!
Stellarium shows you the sky as you see with naked eyes, telescope or with binoculars. The application can show more than 120000 stars, constellations, planets, nebulae, the sun, the moon, all information it’s very detailed, it has catalogues from the Hipparcos project. Well, I highly recommend downloading this free open source program!
